Therapeutic Exercise

Therapeutic Exercise is the systematic performance of planned physical movements, postures or activities intended to enable the patient to: Maintain ROM, Increase Flexibility, Increase Strength, Enhance fitness & well-being, Enhance function, Reduce risk and Optimize overall health.
